How Atelier Verona works
We don't make these. We choose them.
Atelier Verona is a small and deliberately narrow shop. We work with independent suppliers and smaller sellers, go through a great deal of ordinary product, and put forward only the pieces we'd actually live with.
There is no warehouse and no showroom. Orders ship directly from the supplier to your door, and skipping that middle step is why a piece with this much presence doesn't cost three times as much.
If something turns up and it isn't right in your room, send it back within 30 days. Return postage is yours; anything faulty or wrong is on us.

Common questions
What are the pieces made of?
Mostly stoneware, terracotta, stone, glass and acrylic — the material is listed on every product page. Finishes vary between individual pieces, so colour and surface texture differ slightly from the photographs.
How long does delivery take?
Orders arrive in 10 to 30 days. Pieces ship directly from our suppliers rather than from a warehouse we hold — that keeps prices where they are, but it means longer transit than you may be used to. You get tracking as soon as an order leaves.
Can I return something?
Yes — you have 30 days from the day your order arrives. Get in touch and we'll send return instructions. Return postage is paid by you and isn't refunded. Anything that arrives damaged, faulty or wrong, we cover in full.
Do the photographs match what arrives?
Mostly, with one thing worth knowing. The lead image on some product pages is a styled photograph we produce to show scale and setting; the remaining images come from the supplier and show the item itself. Colour and finish can vary a little between a screen and an object in your room. If what arrives isn't what you expected, you have 30 days to send it back.
